| Unexpected surprise when we took our 1970 Mustang convertible for run from Campbell River to Parksville. While changing the oil little roller rocker bearings were discovered in the pan. Think this happened just before town after a restart . The team at Miles was very obliging and called right away, informing us. It was a crate engine from the USA and I had no idea where the build sheet would be after relocating and things still in boxes. Brian's team took control,contacted the builder of the engine in Arizona and had the car back on the road the following day. Staff friendly,helpful, and the quality of work was very good. The bill was not a shocker !! Another nice surprise!! I was very satisfied and will be a return customer. Thanks for making a bad day, not so horribly bad after all. Randy/Patsy |

| The engine came on in my 2002 Yukon, took the truck into Miles D and Brian Zimmer diagnosed to be a sensor. After doing the tests they found that I had a leaking intake manifold gasket. It was replaced and the truck is running much better. Excellent work and courteous manor on being done. |

| My twenty year old VW diesel van recently developed a fuel line leak. I called David and explained the problem to him. The He told me that the shop was busy the next day, but bring the van in and they would have a look at it as best they could. Not only did they look at the van the next day, they found the problem, sourced out the proper VW cloth woven fuel line, installed it and fixed the problem. All on a day that they were already booked up. How's that for service?? John, Parksville |
