| Brought our Chevy Silverado Z-71 in with an intermittent problem- only twice over a period of months it would not start, but it eventually did both times. The dilemma, do we wait for it to totally quit or try to find an occasional problem now? We decided to bring it in- not knowing the shop or for that matter, any shop, as we are new to the area. Did of course do the suggested diagnostic test-to discover that all major systems were great and the problem seemed to be just the key fob-not a major repair or big replacement. Thanks for the good news! |

| An on going cylinder mis-fire issue with my 2014 VW Tiguan that had numerous repair attempts that was trying in terms of time and money. But I'm happy to say that I am no longer holding my breath at start-up. Problem appears to be fixed thanks to the on-going analysis and dedication of Miles Automotive. Thanks to all that put effort into getting it running smoothly again. I'll be back! |

| I am very impressed with the customer service I received at Miles Automotive in Parksville. The staff was friendly and helpful when my SUV broke down. They even provided me a courtesy car to use. The overall professionalism at Miles Automotive was impressive and the quality of work was top notch. Although the time to make the repairs was much longer than anticipated, I believe it had largely to do with shortage of parts and skilled labour. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue to give them my business to service my Jaguar F-Pace in the future. Tony C. |
