| An on going cylinder mis-fire issue with my 2014 VW Tiguan that had numerous repair attempts that was trying in terms of time and money. But I'm happy to say that I am no longer holding my breath at start-up. Problem appears to be fixed thanks to the on-going analysis and dedication of Miles Automotive. Thanks to all that put effort into getting it running smoothly again. I'll be back! |

| I am very impressed with the customer service I received at Miles Automotive in Parksville. The staff was friendly and helpful when my SUV broke down. They even provided me a courtesy car to use. The overall professionalism at Miles Automotive was impressive and the quality of work was top notch. Although the time to make the repairs was much longer than anticipated, I believe it had largely to do with shortage of parts and skilled labour. Overall, I am satisfied and will continue to give them my business to service my Jaguar F-Pace in the future. Tony C. |

| Brian, Jules and Matt were great to deal with and recently got two pre-purchase inspections completed for me with very little notice. Their quotes are clear and concise, they have good communication skills via text, email and phone. Very appreciated. I like dealing with Miles Automotive, very low stress. I also appreciate the courtesy car availability. |

| Although you were unable to find the intermittent electrical fault, you did not over-charge for the diagnostic time spent and clearly explained what you had done and outlined a plan of action for me if the issue re-occurred. I am very please with the service and will come again. |
